Participants who are entitled to Job Connection and Career Support facilities are participants who have graduated from the Purwadhika Job Connector program.

Am I guaranteed to get a job after joining this program?

Purwadhika guarantees to provide job connection facilities to +1.000 Purwadhika's hiring partner companies through the Purwadhika Career Network once a student has been announced as a graduate of the Job Connector Bootcamp program.

However, keep in mind that Purwadhika is only performing as a mediator between the graduates and the hiring partner company in this case. All matters regarding salary and other policies are not our responsibility because this is the full right of the hiring partner companies. You also have full rights to choose the job in the hiring partner company that you want.

Can I be helped to connect to work again if I previously got a job after graduating from the Purwadhika Job Connector Bootcamp program?

You can be connected again to our hiring partners at any time after you graduate from the Purwadhika Job Connector program, because our Job Connection facility is for a lifetime.

If you want to be connected again, you can simply contact the Purwadhika Career Network team for assistance with the next process.

What if I don't want to be connected to work after I graduate?

It does not matter. Many of the Job Connector program participants only wish to master their skills and do not want to be channeled to work. If you are like them, you can still join our Job Connector program. Every Alumni of the Job Connector program also has the right to find their own work outside of what is offered by the Purwadhika Career Network.
