Through the Job Connector Bootcamp program, we want to provide opportunities for anyone who wants to start their career in the digital industry. Therefore, program participants without coding or IT background can join this program.
Graduates of the Job Connector Bootcamp program will be provided with job connection facilities. However, in order to have a higher chance to get hired, we recommend you to have these following criteria:
- Maximum 30 years old;
- At least high school graduate/equivalent.

Am I required to have a background in IT to participate in this program?
We open opportunities for anyone who wants to join the Job Connector Full Stack Web Development progra, even if they don't have any background in IT. However, to be able to master coding skills, it is not enough just to take part in the class activities or workshops that we are providing. You also need a lot of practice outside of class sessions or workshops to continue to sharpen your coding skills even more. There are many success stories from our graduates who have no previous IT background before joining the program, ranging from social studies graduates who are proven to successfully graduated from the Job Connector Full Stack Web Development program and managed to be hired as a Software Developer in one of Purwadhika’s Hiring Partner Companies.

After graduating from the Job Connector program, Purwadhika guarantees to continue providing Job Connection facilities that could connect you with +1.000 hiring partner companies that Purwadhika has through the Purwadhika Career Network.
However, keep in mind that Purwadhika acts only as an intermediary between the graduates and the hiring partner companies. All matters regarding salaries and others are not within our responsibility as these are the full rights of our hiring partner companies. You are also entitled to choose the job you want at the hiring partner company.
What if I don't want to be channeled to work when I graduate?
It does not matter. Many of the Job Connector program participants only wish to master their skills and do not want to be channeled to work. If you are like them, you can still join our Job Connector program. Every Alumni of the Job Connector program also has the right to find their own work outside of what is offered by the Purwadhika Career Network.
